A technology entrepreneur who helps companies apply AI in practical ways, building tools and shaping strategy.
He has over 20 years of experience in software and AI, including leading global teams and scaling CargoValue as CEO of Klaveness Digital. He co-founded Integrasco (later acquired by Confirmit) and led the AI-focused consultancy Monokkel.
He has taught AI as a guest lecturer at the University of Agder and speaks regularly on how AI is changing work.

Simon maps where AI creates value in a company, then builds the tools and workflows around its own processes and use cases.
He has held senior roles across product, commercial, and growth, including Chief Product and Commercial Officer at Klaveness Digital. Earlier, he worked in ship finance and investment analysis at Torvald Klaveness.
Degrees in finance and applied economics from BI and CBS.
