Founder
Aleksander Stensby is a seasoned technology entrepreneur and an active voice in Norway’s generative AI community. As founder of GritAI Studio, he helps organizations move beyond the AI hype—building custom tools, advising on strategy, and applying AI to solve real business problems.
With over 20 years of experience in digital innovation, AI, and B2B software, Aleksander has led product and technology teams across global markets. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science with a specialization in machine learning and text analytics. As CEO of Klaveness Digital, he built and scaled CargoValue into a category-leading SaaS platform. Earlier in his career, he co-founded Integrasco, a social media intelligence company acquired by Confirmit, and led Monokkel, a consultancy focused on applied AI.
Aleksander has taught AI at the University of Agder as a guest lecturer, contributed to the developer community through javaBin, and is a regular speaker on AI, digital transformation, and the future of work. His approach is hands-on, people-first, and grounded in the belief that AI should be a force for good—especially in areas like education, healthcare, and productivity.

Simon Sebergsen is a Norwegian entrepreneur with a broad background across strategy, product, finance, and business. As co-founder of GritAI Studio, he helps organizations cut through the noise around generative AI—translating technology into practical use that creates real, measurable value.
Simon has held several senior leadership roles spanning product, commercial, and growth. At Klaveness Digital, he served as Chief Product Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, and Head of Sales and Marketing—driving product vision, scaling go-to-market efforts, and leading cross-functional teams. Earlier in his career, he worked in finance at Torvald Klaveness, focusing on ship finance, investment analysis, and financial modeling.
With degrees in Finance and Applied Economics from BI Norwegian Business School and Copenhagen Business School, Simon combines analytical depth with sharp execution. At GritAI Studio, he draws on this diverse foundation to guide teams from strategy to implementation—helping them adopt and scale AI solutions that actually work.
