Aleksander Stensby

Founder

Aleksander Stensby is a technology entrepreneur and founder of GritAI Studio, where he helps companies apply AI in practical ways—building tools, shaping strategy, and solving real problems.

He has over 20 years of experience in software and AI, including leading global teams and scaling CargoValue as CEO of Klaveness Digital. He co-founded Integrasco (later acquired by Confirmit) and led the AI-focused consultancy Monokkel.

Aleksander has taught AI as a guest lecturer at the University of Agder, contributed to javaBin, and speaks regularly on how AI is changing work, learning, and productivity.

Simon Sebergsen

Co-founder

Simon Sebergsen is a Norwegian entrepreneur and co-founder of GritAI Studio, where he helps companies make sense of AI by tailoring tools and workflows to their processes and use cases.

He has held senior roles across product, commercial, and growth, including Chief Product and Commercial Officer at Klaveness Digital. Earlier, he worked in ship finance and investment analysis at Torvald Klaveness.

With degrees in Finance and Applied Economics from BI and CBS, Simon combines structured thinking with hands-on execution—supporting teams from strategy to real-world AI adoption.

Simon Sebergsen is a Norwegian entrepreneur and co-founder of GritAI Studio, where he helps companies make sense of AI by tailoring tools and workflows to their processes and use cases.
