GritAI Studio is an AI studio in Oslo. We help organisations in Norway, the Nordics and Europe put AI to work, through bootcamps, AI training and upskilling, and advisory and building.

Alongside the client work we build tools and agents, host the Claude Code Meetup at Mesh, and publish guides and videos. That keeps us close to the tools as they change, and lets us pass on what works to the people we train.

We work with leadership teams in sectors such as finance, shipping, logistics, energy, education and technology. Wherever it is, the work runs on real problems from your own workflows, solved in the tools you already use.

Yes, two. We host the Claude Code Meetup in Oslo, monthly at Mesh Youngstorget, hosted by Aleksander Stensby as a Claude Community Ambassador, with practical talks and live demos from people building with Claude Code.

We also run an online community for people who want to build software and AI tools, with or without a coding background. Members build real projects, join a weekly video call, and get feedback on their own work from peers and from us. You find it on Skool.

Services

• Bootcamps. One hands-on day with Claude and Claude Code, open seats at Mesh in Oslo or at your office, for everyone or for developers.
• Programmes. Over months, for the whole organisation. Online module tracks, leadership sessions, ambassador programmes and the eight-week AI Accelerator.
• Advisory and building. Ongoing. Strategy and executive alignment, programme design with your core team, and custom agents and tools.

Many clients come to us before they have used AI at work. A bootcamp on their own tasks is the usual first step, and the first working use cases come out of that day.

Most of our work is in Norway and the Nordics, and we run bootcamps and programmes across Europe, on site and online. We also work with teams in the United States and Asia-Pacific.

We start with a mapping call and pick the tasks the work will run on. Then we sit with your team and build on those tasks, in the tools you already use, until the first agents and workflows run.

Between sessions your team keeps using what was built, and we come back to what stuck and what did not. By the end, your organisation has used AI in real work.

Every engagement runs on your own tasks, tools and processes, so what people learn on the day is what they do the next morning.

We start with the leaders, anchor the change with internal ambassadors, and hand over documentation, instructions and skills your team owns. Both of us have run product and commercial teams before GritAI, so the advice comes from having done the work ourselves.

We map the tasks with you, build on those tasks in the tools you already use, then hand over the instructions, agents and documentation your team owns. How long that takes depends on how much is already running, and we set it with you at the start.

A leadership introduction is two to three hours. A department day is half a day or a full day. A module programme runs over four to six weeks with a separate leadership module, and the AI Accelerator runs eight weeks with weekly sessions.

Ambassadors are superusers across departments who keep the change going after the training ends. They get extra sessions, a place to bring problems, and the material to help colleagues. In one client organisation this grew to seventy ambassadors.

We agree what to look at before we start, usually which tasks moved, how many people use the tools weekly, and what the team ships that it could not ship before. You own the tasks and the numbers, so the measurement keeps running after we leave.

The open bootcamps at Mesh in Oslo run in English, because the room is mixed and the tools and materials are English. Corporate courses at your office run in Norwegian or English, whichever suits the team.

Open days are capped so everyone gets help with their own task, and the number of seats for each date is on the registration page. In-house we usually take one department or one team at a time, and we agree the size with you when we plan the day.

Yes. Everyone brings their own laptop and a paid Claude plan, Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise, installed and tested before the day. The free plan does not include Claude Code. For the developer track we also ask you to bring a development environment with Git set up.

Yes. The Everyone track is built for people who work with documents, data and decisions, and needs no coding background at all. The Developers track is the one that assumes you are comfortable in a Git repository.

Yes. Corporate bootcamps and programmes run at your own offices anywhere in Norway, and we also run them across the Nordics and Europe, on site and online.

It depends on the format, the length and the size of the group, so we quote it after a short conversation about what you need. Open seats at Mesh have a fixed price per person, listed on the registration page for each date.

The Claude app is for thinking and writing with the model. Claude Cowork is for delegating work on files and tools, where the agent works through several steps and hands back a document, a spreadsheet or a summary. Claude Code is for building and automating.

Cowork runs in the cloud, so a task keeps going after you close the laptop, and it reaches the files on your own machine through the desktop app.

Most people start in the chat, notice they repeat the same steps, and move those steps into Cowork or Claude Code.

Corporate training is tool-neutral. We teach the tools you already have licences for, whether that is Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude, and we say where each one is strong and where it is not. The open bootcamps at Mesh are about Claude Code specifically.
