The idea

A day to take on big problems with Claude Code. Mixed teams picked a challenge AI brings to someone at work, at home or in their community, and built a working first version people could click through.

The problems came from Claude Conversation three weeks earlier. Event 02 below shows how.

The idea

An evening on the open questions in AI, in a smaller group than usual. No talks, no demos and no audience. Everyone in the room took part, and every table worked through the same five steps.

What came out became the brief for Claude Impact Lab three weeks later.

The idea

An evening to find out what a new model can do by building with it. Two hours in Claude Code on Fable 5.1, then everyone who built something showed it from their own laptop.

Each demo answered one question. What does Fable 5.1 do better than the model before it?
